1. Electrode Manufacturing (Front Stage)
Slurry Mixing: Vacuum-stir raw materials to make uniform slurry.
Coating: Coat slurry on aluminum (cathode) / copper (anode) foil, then dry.
Rolling & Slitting: Compress electrodes and cut into specified sizes.
Vacuum Baking: Remove moisture to ensure stability.

2. Cell Assembly (Middle Stage)
Die Cutting: Cut electrodes into designed shapes with tabs.
Winding/Lamination: Wind (cylindrical/prismatic) or laminate (pouch) electrodes with separators.
Welding & Packaging: Weld tabs and package with aluminum plastic film/metal case.
Electrolyte Injection: Inject electrolyte in vacuum and seal.

3. Cell Finishing (Rear Stage)
Formation: First charge-discharge to activate cell performance.
Degassing & Aging: Extract gas and store at constant temperature to test stability.
Testing & Grading: Test capacity, internal resistance, etc., and sort by performance.

Core Quality Control
Dust-free workshop, strict moisture control, full-process automation, and 100% inspection ensure product quality.
