Charging method for energy storage lithium iron phosphate battery pack:

1. The charger of lithium iron phosphate batteries is different from ordinary lithium-ion batteries. The maximum termination charging voltage for lithium-ion batteries is 4.2 volts; The lithium iron phosphate battery is 3.65 volts. The safe working voltage range of lithium batteries is 2.8-4.2V. Lithium ions in batteries that are below or above this voltage range become very unstable, even causing accidents. To ensure that lithium iron phosphate batteries are within a safe range, a dedicated charger is required. These chargers will automatically adjust the charging method based on the current state of the battery.

2. It is recommended to use CCCV charging method for the charging of lithium iron phosphate batteries, which means constant current followed by constant voltage. Constant current recommendation is 0.3C. Constant voltage recommendation 3.65. During the constant current process, charge with a current of 0.3C. When the battery voltage reaches 3.65V, use a constant voltage of 3.65V for charging. Stop charging when the charging current is below 0.1C (or 0.05C), indicating that the battery is fully charged.

3. When charging, it is best to choose a specialized charger from the original factory, otherwise it will affect or damage the lithium iron phosphate battery.

4. To prevent charging at excessively high temperatures, if a lithium iron phosphate battery is used in an environment above the specified operating temperature of 35C, the battery's charge will continuously decrease, and the battery's power supply time will not be as long as usual.
