Advantages of lithium iron phosphate battery packs:

1. Ultra long lifespan: The cycle life of long-life lead-acid batteries is about 300 times, with a maximum of 500 times. Lithium iron phosphate batteries have a cycle life of over 2000 times and can be used up to 2000 times with standard charging (5-hour rate).

2. Safe use: The lithium iron phosphate battery pack completely solves the safety hazards of lithium cobalt oxide and lithium manganese oxide. Lithium cobalt oxide and lithium manganese oxide can explode in strong collisions, posing a threat to consumer safety. However, lithium iron phosphate undergoes strict safety testing and will not explode even in the worst traffic accidents.

3. High temperature resistance: The thermal peak of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack can reach 350 ℃ and 500 ℃, while lithium manganese oxide and lithium cobalt oxide are only around 200 ℃. Wide working temperature range (-20C -+75C)

4. Lightweight: The volume of a lithium iron phosphate battery with the same specifications and capacity is two-thirds of that of a lead-acid battery, and the weight is one-third of that of a lead-acid battery.

5. Large capacity: It has a larger capacity than ordinary batteries (such as lead-acid). 5AH-1000AH (monomer).

6. Memory free effect: Rechargeable batteries that frequently operate under fully charged conditions will quickly have a capacity lower than the rated capacity, which is called the memory effect. Nickel hydrogen and nickel cadmium batteries have memory, while lithium iron phosphate batteries do not have this phenomenon. Regardless of the state of the battery, it can be charged and used at any time without the need to discharge it before charging.

7. Environmentally friendly and green: Lithium iron phosphate battery packs are generally considered to be free of any heavy metals and rare metals (nickel hydrogen batteries require rare metals), non-toxic (SGS certified), pollution-free, and comply with European RoHS regulations, making them absolute green and environmentally friendly batteries.

Disadvantages of lithium iron phosphate batteries:

1. Poor low-temperature performance;

2. The positive electrode material has a small compacted density, and the volume of an equal capacity lithium iron phosphate battery pack is larger than that of lithium ion batteries such as lithium cobalt oxide, so it does not have advantages in micro batteries. When used for power lithium-ion batteries, iron phosphate lithium-ion batteries, like other batteries, face battery consistency issues.
